He is survived by : his wife Loretta Willard; his children, Lee Willard (Ashley) of Aiken and Deanna Willard of Whitmire; his granddaughter Emersyn Willard; his sisters, Cheryl Wilson (Johnny) of Whitmire and Susan Laurence of Enoree; his nieces, Kerry Sligh (Lemont), Amy Smith (Jamie Poston) of Whitmire and Connie Baker of Enoree; and his pets, Yoshi and Paisley.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gray Funeral Home - Whitmire (445 Church St, Whitmire, SC 29178). A graveside service was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Whitmire Cemetery (211-219 Cemetery Dr, Whitmire, SC 29178).
