He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Bowen Weaver; and his parents, Ernest William Weaver, Sr. and Lillie Ruth Morris Weaver. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Marie Weaver and Lori Catherine Garrison (Andy); his grandsons, Noah Garrison and Nate Garrison; and his brother Dr. Tommy Weaver (Patti).
