She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Chapman; and her siblings, Mike Goolsby, Benny Goolsby, Jr. and Sudye Hammons. She is survived by: her sons, Derrell (Julie), Jonathan (Jaime) and Michael Chapman (Liz); her grandchildren, Stephen Chapman, Randy Chapman, Danielle Chapman, Amanda Meals and JD Chapman; and her great grandchildren, Bryce Sams, Sophie Phillips, Nico Chapman, Callan Chapman, Grayson Chapman, Willow Chapman, Kailynn Chapman, Arorah Chapman and Ariel Chapman.
