He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harold and Ruth Rogers Ellison; and his sister Laura Ellison Mauldin. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Elaine Hanley Ellison; his children, Calvin Daniel Ellison (Leigh), Lori Ellison Mainzer (Kimo) and Amy Ellison Thrasher (Jason); his siblings, Sylvia Ann Loskoski, Velma Rice (Bill), John William Ellison and Roger Ellison (Elaine); his grandchildren, Samantha Brewster (Jonathan), Matthew Bailey, Justin Lee Ellison, Dr. Garrett Bailey (Channing), Cameron Bailey (Aubrey), Ethan Thrasher and Taylor Thrasher; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Brewster, Hayden Brewster and Hanley Brewster.
