He is survived by: his sons, Dennis McIntosh (Sherry), Chris McIntosh, Roger McIntosh (Tammie) and Michael McIntosh (Amy); and his siblings, Betty Davenport and Rev. Claude McIntosh. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
