She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Cox; her parents, Claude Phillips and Nellie Norris Phillips; her daughter Teresa Cox; and her brother Jerry Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine Ridgeway, Anita Prichard (Jerry) and Donna Stephens; and her brother Michael Phillips. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (2609 US-29, Anderson, SC 29621).
