He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert and Katie Bruce Creamer; his great grandchild Abby Grace Couch; and his siblings, Eugene "Red" Creamer, Jimmy Creamer and Joann Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Tasha Self (Dwight), Taylor Bowers (Austin), Todd Creamer (Donna) and Tracy Creamer (Nikki); his grandchildren, Terry Self (Rachel), Anna Massey (Noah), Maddie Creamer, Jackson Creamer, Brittany Couch (Brandon) and Tyler Creamer (Heather); his siblings, Sherry Cook, Julia Moody and Lamar Creamer; and his close friend Kay Creamer. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
