He is survived by : his wife Eileen Arrowood Walters; his daughters, Angela Brackney (Bill) and Casey Wallace (Steve); his siblings, Larry Walters and Dena Lindsay (Pat); his grandchildren, Seth Moon (Janine), Ethan Moon (Ashley), Elizabeth Wallace and Steve Wallace III; and his great grandchildren, Savannah Moon, Logun Moon and Saylor Moon.
