He was predeceased by : his parents, Otto Kelly and Anabell Kelly; his daughter Stacy Lee Kelly; and his brother Clyde Kelly. He is survived by : his wife Lillian Kelly of Williamston, SC.; his children, James William "Bill" Kelly (Kathy), Freida Seawright (Kenneth), Tracy Keller (Dennis) and Rita Kelly; and his sisters, Carolyn Davis Crosby and Betty Sue Kelly. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
