He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lawrence and Mary Louise Cantrell Mullikin; and his brother George Mullikin. He is survived by: his wife Janice Annette Holliday Mullikin; his daughter Cathy Ford (Martin Ford, Jr.); his grandson John Ford; and his great grandchildren, Edyn, Luke and Noa Ford.
