She was predeceased by: her spouse Exton Earl "Pud" Ellenburg; her parents, Roy Smith and Hazel Glasby Smith Burrell; and her brothers, Jack Smith and Bobby Joe Burrell.

She is survived by: her children, Lynn Shepherd, Angie Corey (Harry), Tony Ellenburg (Jeanette) and Dennis Ellenburg; her grandchildren, Brooke Hale (Troy), Blair Shepherd, Avery Davis (Ryan), AJ Ellenburg (Kelsey), Brianna Clamp (Andrew), Jason Corey (Holly Stiles), Sarah Corey and Jacob Corey; and her brother Bill Smith. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
