He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary "Sue" Watson (Freddy) and Charles Kelley (Barbara). He is survived by: his close friend Gail Kelley; his daughters, Brianna Parnell (Savannah) and Tonya Childs (Beau); his granddaughters, Brynn and Elli; his siblings, Randy Kelley, Chuck Kelley and Melonie McAlister (Danny); and his friends, James Hill, Gary Billups and Michael Esuary. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory (3219 S Main St, Anderson, SC 29624). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
