She is survived by: her sons, Charles Anthony "Tony" Dendy, Jr. and Jeffrey Michael Dendy (Nanette); her grandchildren, Avery Claire Dendy, Catherine Elizabeth Dendy and Colin Mills Dendy; and her brother William Hubert McCown, Jr. (Elaine Parks McCown).

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Gray Mortuary (52 Main St, Pelzer, SC 29669). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
