We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2025, at the age of 93, Ruby Williams (Williamston, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith and Mattie Mitchell Smith; her husband Edwin Williams; her siblings, Daltha Chick and Johnny "Steve" Smith; and her siblings' children, Jeffrey Smith, Douglas Barnes, Yvonne Sherred and Diane Sherred.
She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Smith Jones (Michael) of Spartanburg, SC and Elaine Sanders of Williamston, SC; her grandson Damion Sanders of Williamston; and her siblings, Bobby James Smith of Williamston, Charles R. Guyton, Sr. of Greenville and Georgia Smith of Williamston. She is also survived by three step grandchildren, four step great grandchildren, and one step great great grandchild.
