He is survived by: his children, Stacy Smith (Trent) and Brian Smith (Ashley); his grandchildren, Sawyer Smith, Callie Blair Smith, Turner Smith and Drake Smith; his brothers, Roger Smith (Sheila) and Gary Smith (Marilyn); and his nephews, Justin and Jordan Smith.
