With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Steve Brown of Williamston, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 12, 2026 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Steve Brown to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Brown and Margaret Brown. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Lee Bowen Brown; his daughters, Jessica Stewart (Christopher) and Leah Greene (Bobby); his siblings, Sandra McCarson (Danny), Sarah Owens (Gerald) and Naaman Brown; his niece Maggie Ballew (Daniel); his nephews, Parker Owens (Ashley) and Paul Brown; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brinley Owens, Molly Ballew, Emmett and Everett Ballew.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Gray Mortuary (52 Main St, Pelzer, SC 29669). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Gray Mortuary Chapel (52 Main St, Pelzer, SC 29669).
