He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Papadopoulou and Athanasia Papadopoulou. He is survived by: his wife Mary Suzanne Himel Papadopoulos; his sons, Michael Alexander Papadopoulos (Marilyn) of Simpsonville, Lucas Anthony Papadopoulos of Pelzer and Christopher Lee Papadopoulos; his siblings, Stefania Papadopoulos, Andonia Simoglou of Greece and Michael Papadopoulos of Greece; and his grandchildren, Michaela Anne Papadopoulos, Mateo Papadopoulos, Corbin Lee Papadopoulos, Skylar Adele Papadopoulos and Achilles Papadopoulos.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM and on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery (1000 Beaverdam Rd, Williamston, SC 29697).
