Though Todd may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Todd touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his wife Tonya Beckwith Currens; his parents, Lee Hughes Currens, Sr. and Shirley Ann Cox Currens; his son Jonathan Todd "J. T." Currens (Bree); his brothers, Lennie Currens (Rhonda), Lee "Penny" Currens, Jr. (Jan) and Kevin Currens; and his granddaughters, Olivia and Nora. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Guthrie Grove Church of God (403 Guthrie Grove Church Rd, Pelzer, SC 29669). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
