He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Cureton Sr. and Mary Payton Cureton; his stepmother Ella Cureton; his brothers, Johnny Cureton Jr., Devern Cureton and Ronnie Cureton; his sons, Mark Coker and Jadrain Cureton; and his grandson Montrell Coker.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Coker Cureton; his brother Robert Cureton (Etta) of Williamston, S. C.; and his children, Johnny Coker of Honea Path, S. C., Tyrone Coker and Christina Cureton of Pelzer, S. C. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
