She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Schubkegel, Sr. and Julia Verlick Schubkegel; her children, Carrie A. Henderson and Roger Applegate; and her brother Martin Schubkegel, Jr..
She is survived by: her son Daniel; her daughter-in-law Dianne Applegate of Williston, SC; her grandsons, Andrew Applegate (Ashley) and Carl Schlatmann; and her great grandchildren, Oliver Applegate and Diane Padgett.
