She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Leroy Ussery and Mary Hallman Ussery; and her sister Amy Carol Ussery. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Hair and Tucker of Barnwell; her daughter-in-law Kelli Briggs (Bobby); and her grandchildren, Jackson, Peyton and Jaden of Charleston.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Folk Funeral Home Chapel (170 Elko St, Williston, SC 29853). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the special education class at Guinyard-Butler Middle School, honoring Elizabeth's lifelong dedication to children with special needs and the work that meant so much to her throughout her career.
