He was predeceased by: his parents, William O'Shield Randall and Sylvia Jean Grubbs Randall; his stepmother Ruth Landreth Randall; and his nephew Keith Randall. He is survived by: his brother Kenneth; his sister-in-law Brenda Randall of Warrenville, SC; his stepsister Michelle Ellison Holtsizer of New Ellenton, SC; and his nephews, Bryan Randall (Maria) of North Augusta, SC and Jeremy Randall (Tonya) of Aiken, SC.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Folk Funeral Home (170 Elko St, Williston, SC 29853-2612). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at the Barnwell County Memorial Cemetery (Barnwell, SC 29812).
