He was predeceased by: his stepfather Joe Zeigler; and his sisters, Gloria Dease and Theresa Mack. He is survived by: his mother Jennie Zeigler; his spouse Fay Hoover; his children, Joey Hoover (Samantha) of Williston, Vicky Hoover of Williston and Addam Hoover of Williston; his brother David Hoover of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Jasmine, Hunter Wyatt and Caileigh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
