As Chester departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Chester may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Chester leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Randolph and Mildred Emery Randolph; his former wife Jane; and his sister Susie. He is survived by: his children, Joyal Clare of Massachusetts and Carl Leonard Randolph (Melanie) of Colorado; his wife Donna Collins Crown; his grandchildren, Morgan and Quinn; and his great grandchildren, Tracy Scrima (Joseph) and Aaron Crown (Jennifer). He is also survived by two grandchildren, five siblings, extended families and in-laws.
