He is survived by: his father Felton Mincey; his wife Darlene Cooper Mincey; his children, Jeffrey Shane Mincey (Denise) and Millie Mincey Lambert (David); his grandchildren, Kerrigan Kennington (Chris), Connor Little, Erin Stofan (Hunter), Allyson Burkholder (Dylan), Morgan Mincey, Shane Mincey (Lisa), Kim Corn (James) and Shannon Thompson (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Bentley, Noah, Mills, Blake, Brynn, Kreede, Lincoln, Easton, Barrett and Ellic.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Buck's name to Fairfield County Animal Shelter or The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
