She is survived by: her husband John A. Simmons; her daughter Sheila Simmons Boyd (Linzy Jr.); her grandchildren, Shaun Montgomery, Jr., Jayden Montgomery, Desmond Boyd, Tamara Rice and Arlinzia Boyd; her daughter-in-law Paris Montgomery; her siblings, Willia Mae Ford of Baltimore, MD, Vanessa Pearson of Winnsboro, SC, Emmanuel Montgomery of Winnsboro, SC, Clyde Montgomery (Elouise) of Winnsboro, SC and Sylvester Montgomery of Clemson, SC; and her siblings-in-law, Rev. Leonard Simmons (Doris), Rev. Stanley Simmons (Beverly), Marilyn Montgomery, Roxie S. Woodard (James) and Cathy S. Washington (Stanley). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
