She is survived by: her children, Kellie D. Salling, Mellissa C. Logue (Jason) and Michael C Huber-Walitzer; her sisters, Jean F. Blair, Katherine B. Clowers and Jacqueline C. Stivers; her niece Kathy Wilson; her nephews, Allen Lull and Richard Blair; and her caregivers, Josh and Trey Salling. She is also survived by caregiver and Crystal Stein, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
