She is survived by: her brothers, Thomas Dixon Young Jr. (Cathy) and Leslie Dixon Young (Lynn); and her grandsons, Kelvin, Leroy and Brando "Brandon". She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jerrie's memory to the Fairfield County Animal Shelter—an organization close to her heart.
