She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Harris and Vivian Harris; her significant other Alvin Smith; and her daughter Tarra Outland. She is survived by: her son Richard Outland; her granddaughter Dianne Outland; her great grandchild Roger, Jr.; and her siblings, Robert Harris, Jr., Roosevelt Harris, Richard Harris, Peggy and Vivian. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
