She was predeceased by : her parents, Willie P. Ruff and Ida Bowles Ruff; and her siblings, William, Dan, James, Sidney Ruff and Margaret Ruff.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bethel United Methodist Church (6688 SC-269, Winnsboro, SC 29180). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
