He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Coy Collins and Carrie Bell Taylor Collins; his wife Pamela Weed Collins (Pam); his sons, Cliff Collins (Jessica) and Chris Collins (Dorothy); his grandchildren, Cooper, Lily, Ethan, Grayson and Donovan; his siblings, Brett Collins (Beth) and Susan Collins Strausbaugh; his parent-in-law Bobbie Weed; and his sister-in-law Patty Weed.
