She was predeceased by: her parents, William Francis Smith and Lenny Leona Hembree Smith; her husband Donald Moore Culbertson Sr.; her siblings, Martha Steadman and Harold Dean Hembree; and her brother-in-law Larry Bishop.
She is survived by: her son Dee Culbertson (Angie) of Simpsonville; her sisters, Wanda Ann Cassell (Wayne) of Piedmont and Judy Bishop of Duncan; her grandchildren, Kaydee Elizabeth Culbertson, Connor Lee Culbertson (Kaitlyn) and Hannah Allison Scott; and her great grandchildren, Kade Culbertson and Konlee Culbertson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel (257 N Main St, Woodruff, SC 29388). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
