She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Mathis and Stella Mathis; her daughter Amelia Gail Edgins; and her siblings, Patsy Huntsinger and Zeb Mathis.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Edgins of Spartanburg and Olin Lanford (Debbie) of Roebuck; and her siblings, Hattie Vaughn of Inman and James Mathis of Campobello.
