He is survived by : his parents, Ricky Simmons (Connie) and Sandra Coker Simmons (Josh); his children, Lana, Madison Lashay Sue and Jason Ray; his girlfriend Tammy Haney; his brothers, Dustin Simmons, Nate Simmons, Brad Simmons and Dylan Coker; his stepbrothers, DJ Collier, Casey Hollandsworth and Noah Martin; his aunts and uncles, Barbara Towery, Scott (Colleen Simmons), Ronnie Coker and Jody (Jennifer Simmons); and his grandparents, Wayne and Peggy Pendley.
