He is survived by: his children, Penny Cox of Clinton and Chad Lane (Megan) of Laurens; his siblings, Herbert Lane of Woodruff, Margie Durham of Moore and Pricilla McMahan of Spartanburg; his grandchildren, Jennifer Honeycutt (Brad) and McKenzie Lane; his great grandchild Kylee Moody; and his stepgreat-grandsons, Ethan and Mason Honeycutt.
