It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Liston Johnson (Woodruff, South Carolina), who passed away on February 6, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lewis and Gertrude Haddock Johnson; and his sisters, Gertrude Chewning, Louise Rast and Carolyn McAlister.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his daughters, Elizabeth Tipton (Rick) and Debra J Fortner; his granddaughters, Mindy Rollins (Jack) and Cassie Willard (Anthony); and his caregiver Rachael. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice House.
