He was predeceased by: his mother Lorraine Conroy. He is survived by: his father Marshall Nicholas Fazzone; his wife Gail Fazzone; his sons, Paul, Brian and Nicholas Fazzone; his aunt Deborah Fazzone; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Manginella. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes - Downtown Chapel (639 N Main St, Greenville, SC 29601).
