She was predeceased by: her husband James Edwin Bennett; her parents, Marvin Elbert Burcham and Cora Anna Easter Burcham; her son Darryl Wyatt; and her sisters, Algia Midkiff, Juanita Burcham, Naomi White and Nadine Painter.
She is survived by: her children, Marvin Wyatt (Vivian) of Maryville, TN, Pam Brown (Chris) of Veteran, WY, Jerry Shelton (Tonya) of Summerville, SC, Matthew Bennett (Tara) of Powder Springs, GA, Stephen Shelton (Denise) of Yancey, NC and Regina McGugan (Graham) of Chesnee, SC. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
