He is survived by: his mother Mary Doris Nelson Durham of Woodruff; his wife Karen Landreth Durham; his son James Durham of Woodruff; his sisters, Syble Lyda of Woodruff and Ginger Partin of Spartanburg; his grandson James Durham Jr.; and his nephews, Keith Lyda and Derrick Landreth.
