He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhett Hill and Mamie Hipps Hill; his son Randy Hill; his sister Elizabeth Chapman; and his grandson David McLeod.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian Juanita Hill; his daughters, Debbie McLeod (Ed) of Sumter, SC and Dianne Hill of Simpsonville, SC; his stepson Jackie Hughes (Shawn) of Lauren's, SC; and his grandchildren, Nattile Clarke, Tony Hill, Kevin McLeod (Karen), Leanne Bentley (Justin), Eric Murrell (Alicia), Summer Ragsdale (Tyler) and Jackie Hughes (Ariel).
A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Bellview Baptist Church Cemetery (901 Bellview Rd, Woodruff, SC 29388). A reception was held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 2:30 PM.
