She was predeceased by: her husband Paul E. Kelly; her parents, Jesse Moss and Nettie Partin Moss of Reidville, SC.; her son Mark Kevin Welch; and her siblings, Bill Moss, J. L. Moss, Elizabeth Ray, Louise Bright, Rachel Watson and John Earl Moss.
She is survived by: her son Jeffery Lee Welch (Donna); her grandchildren, Ryne Welch (Kristi), Reid Welch (Brittany), Ridge Welch and Raegan Welch; and her great grandchildren, Quinn Welch and Lera Welch.
