It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sara Weathers (Woodruff, South Carolina), who passed away on June 26, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Perry Walker and Bessie Goodwin Walker; her husband Dennis Green Weathers; her children, Frances Weathers Gregory, Willie Earl Weathers and John Wilson Weathers; her sisters, Mary Elizabeth Walker and Shadie Kate Walker; her half-sister Patricia Ann Walker Dutton; and her brothers, J. P. Walker, Joe Winford Walker and Wayne LeRoy Walker.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Cynthia Lane (Preston); her granddaughter Ann Gregory; her brother Harold Walker of Columbia; and her half-sister Carolyn Jean Walker of Spartanburg.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Antioch Baptist Church (13683 US-221, Enoree, SC 29335). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Antioch Baptist Church, 13683 Highway 221, Enoree, S.C. 29335.
