He was predeceased by: his parents, Landrum Burch and Lillie Mae Balcombe Burch; and his brother Eugene Burch. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Burch (Angela) and Kelley Hill (Rob); his stepdaughters, Beth Ramey (Steve), Angela Churchill (Larry) and Tracie Patton (Richard); his grandchildren, Christian Hill, Collin Hill, Kamryn Burch, Sarah Ashley McMinn (Micah), Mary Catherine Watts (Jacob), Whitt Ramey (Grace), Charlie Ramey (Amanda), Kimberly Barrett, Abby Riddle and Miller Patton; his great grandchildren, Stella McMinn, Esther McMinn, Max McMinn and Roxanne Ramey; and his siblings, Jewel Simpson and Sue Shook.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Highland Home Baptist Church (21 Equinox Dr, Gray Court, SC 29645). Visitation was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 4:30 PM and at 5:00 PM at the same location.
