With solemn reverence, we commemorate William Hayes of Woodruff, South Carolina, born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, whose life came to an end on October 11, 2025 at the age of 74, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Hayes and Elizabeth Hayes; and his brothers, Kenneth, Marvin, Marshall and Bobby Hayes.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Lambert Hayes; his son Jason Hayes (Alysia) of Greenwood; his grandchildren, Emma Kate Ridlehoover (Trey) of Saluda, S. C., Bailey and Connor Hayes of Greenwood; and his siblings, Joyce Owings of Woodruff, Patsy Goforth (Jackie) of Greenville, Lillie Sanders of Woodruff and J. L. Hayes of North Carolina.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the Woodruff Church of God (6385 SC-101, Woodruff, SC 29388). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
