She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Marion Osteen and Flossie Casey Osteen; her husband Grover Lane; her foster son Lewis; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Sherbert (Ray) of Woodruff, Melissa Smith (Wendell) of Woodruff and Charlie Lane (Kathy) of Woodruff. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 16 + great-grandchildren and 13+ great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bellview Baptist Church Building Fund, 901 Bellview Road, Woodruff, S.C. 29388.
