He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Russel Mannon and Emily Sevinis Bias; his wife Jareldean Sargent Mannon; his son Brian Mannon; and his siblings, Delores Jean Mannon, Ray Cleo Mannon and Guy Webster Mannon.

He is survived by: his children, Sheila Brown of York, Dale Mannon of York and Deron Mannon of York; and his sister Fay Mannon-Rahoi (Dennis) of Iron Mountain, MI. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
