He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Johnny E. Phillips and Dorothy Gaddis Phillips; his daughter Amanda Phillips of York, SC; his siblings, Danny Phillips, Pam Leach and Judy Phillips; and his siblings' children, Emily Talley, John Leach and Peter Leach.
