She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Silva and Mary Jane McCarthy Silva; her husband R. L. Jasper Duncan; and her brother Joseph Silva. She is survived by : her brothers, Thomas Silva and James Silva; her daughters, Maribeth Adams of Clover, SC and Lori Schofield of York, SC; her grandchildren, Shaun Cordeiro of Boston, MA, Heather James Schofield of York, SC and Derrick Schofield of Los Angeles, CA; and her great grandchildren, Brynnley James, Brystol James, Bryson James and Atlas Schofield.

The family asks, in lieu of flowers, to please donate to the Humane Society of York County, 8177 Regent Parkway, Fort Mill, SC 29715.
