Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John Tucker of York, South Carolina, born in Brunswick, Georgia, who passed away at the age of 87, on November 9, 2023. He was predeceased by : his parents, Connor Odell Tucker, Sr. and Leila Blackwell Tucker Moore; his wife Janice Strickland Tucker; his stepmother Iris Driggers Tucker; and his siblings, Eleanor Tucker Yawn, George Tucker, Chelie Tucker, William Tucker (Bill) and Larry Tucker.

He is survived by : his children, Samuel Tucker (Rebecca), Tamela Tucker Colón (Luis), Sherry Tucker Hunkler (Philip) and Mickey Tucker; his grandchildren, Jessica Stamey Scarlett (Barry), Brian Tucker (Rose), S. Patrick Tucker (Jennifer), Amber Tucker Cook (Dustin), Kyle Hunkler (Bryanna), Chad Hunkler (Caitlin) and Julia Alexis Hunkler; and his siblings, Barbara Tucker Moody, Alfred Tucker, Conner Odell Tucker, Jr. and Durrell Tucker. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
