He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Elizabeth Martin and John Lewis Wright; his grandparents, Mary Sue Martin and Charles W. Martin; his uncles, Dr. James Weldon Martin, Billy Martin and Howard "Scooter" Martin; his fathers-in-law, William "Stew" Brown and Robert "Egghead" Hill; and his brother-in-law Michael Mills.
He is survived by: his wife Debra P. Martin; his children, Marques Brion Martin (Nicole) of Rock Hill, SC and Lesslie Jeanne'Mack (Gabriel) of Kennesaw, GA; his grandchildren, Cydney, Brelee, Braylon, Kayla, Bryston and Madyson; his niece Cameron Moore; his mother-in-law Marie "Moot" Hill; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Moore, Elaine Brown, Rene Lowery (Grover), David Brown, Maurice Hill, Mario Hill (Franitra) and Victor Garvin; and his friend Angela Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and good friends.
